Shipping & Delivery
Most items will ship in three to five days.  We usually ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  We will send you an e-mail informing you of when the item was shipped and any tracking information available.
Privacy & Security
We recommend that you purchase on-line items via credit card through the secure PayPal portal on our site.  If you prefer to make purchases by telephone using personal checks or credit cards be assured that we do not share our customers’ personal information.
Returns
If an item you receive is not as you anticipated you may return the item in unused as-shipped condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or within 30 days for a store credit or What On Earth gift card.  Contact us first during the proper time period for return authorization.  It is your responsibility to then pack the item carefully and pay shipping charges to return it to us.  Upon our receipt of the item in as-shipped condition we will refund to you the full cost of the item including any shipping we charged you as well as any sales tax paid.
Damaged Items
We pack carefully and ship insured, but occasionally an item may be damaged in transit.  If you receive an item in a damaged state please keep all the packaging and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.  We usually ship insured via the United States Postal Service but sometimes we will use another carrier.  You should also find instructions for returns and for dealing with damaged goods in your packaging.
